Smooth check in process, front desk lady Trang Vu very good in her service, always smiling and helpful. Location is very convenient in the old quarter, make it easy for tour bus to pick up & drop off. Breakfast Pho taste good!

got a free upgrade, so at no doubt the room is spacious and comfortable! Location in the old quarter, with lots of shops and restaurants all around, Hanoi old quarter indeed is a busy tourism area.
